14 Dec 2005 - Pottery workshop

The children from Harby School made clay models with Roger, a potter. Years4 /5 made trees with creatures in them, Years 2/3 made tiles and Years R/1 made clay pictures of the sun and clay frogs. After lunch we glazed them. Roger came back with the finished clay work and some models are on display in the studio. Archie said ,"I thought it was fun." Samantha also thought it was fun and exciting. Summer said she liked it too, her big brother and sister also enjoyed it and said it was kind of the Friends of the School to raise the money so we could have the pottery sessions.
