Eco Award
The school took its first step in achieving the ECO Schools Green Flag Award when it gained the ECO Schools Bronze Award. The following activities have helped the school towards the bronze standard: an eco action plan, an Eco Schools action group, energy saving activities, recycling measures including water and paper; composting; growing our own vegetables; writing to the Prime Minister on renewable energy sources and litter control.
More activities are planned for the spring term and summer terms.
