The school was judged as 'outstanding' overall after the recent inspection (Oct 2007).
Particularly pleasing was recognition that all pupils make excellent progress and that teaching was often outstanding and never less than good. The school was judged as being very caring with personal development outstanding. Children's behaviour was described as exemplary and attitudes to learning were identified as positive.
The school is pleased that the inspector recognised the successful work carried out with pupil's targets.
It is gratifying that the school has sustained its standards and achievements over the last three inspection reports.
